Art Hub Business Manager.

Art Hub Business Manager (20 hours/ week for six months contract) The Peace River Art Club is a vibrant non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the arts within our community and region. We provide a platform for artists of all levels to showcase their work, learn and connect with one another. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated person to join our team. The Business Manager will work closely with the Board of Directors, to ensure smooth, daily operations of the Art Hub. This will include: -Providing administrative tasks and/or maintenance of the Art Hub office; -Work closely with the committees of the Board; -Assist in the booking of room rentals, use of the rooms and scheduling; -Working closely with and training Volunteers; -Maintaining Art Hub’s day-to-day operations; -Responsible to ensure operations is running efficiently; -Attending Board meeting as required and; -Performing general duties as assigned. Requirements: -Current Criminal and Vulnerable Sector Check -Strong organization and communication skills -Excellent technology skills -Punctual and reliable -Must have own transportation and valid driver’s license; -Be able to work with minimal supervision; -References upon request
